1. Setting an intention

After a mindful arrival that gives you time to settle into the space, we will begin exploring your intention for working with me. In this first part of your Soul Reveal session, I hold space for you as you pose any burning questions you might have. This sets the focus for the session.

2. Energy reading

Once the theme of the session is clear, you can comfortably relax while I connect to Spirit and your energetic field. Scanning your body with my hands, I tune into your chakra system and take note of any imbalances that I pick up on. I also take a look at the physical, emotional, or spiritual meaning behind them.

3. Intuitive Guidance

After the chakra reading, we enter into a conversation. I share with you any past or present issues that have presented themselves during the energy reading. As we talk, I continue to receive guidance from Spirit, bringing in more clarity around the situation and what actions you may take to move forward on your path of self- realisation.

4. Energy Healing

If it serves you, we close the session with an energy healing and blessing to support you in integrating these insights. You leave the session feeling lighter and more connected to your inner self, with newfound clarity, and an action plan to move you closer to your goals.

  • As an intuitive healer, I access a deeply meditative state in which I connect to the spiritual realm. This connection to Spirit allows me to receive insights and to act as a channel for healing energy. I might be shown imagery, hear Spirit speaking to me, or simply have a knowing about certain things in your life, both in the past and the present.

  • While psychic readings or tarot readings tend to focus on divining the future, a Soul Reveal session offers spiritual insights into what is present in life right now and how to navigate your current life challenges.

    You might like to think of your Soul Reveal session as an intuitive mentoring session that is enriched with spiritual insights and an energy healing component to bring you back into balance.

  • Your Soul Reveal session will take about 1.5 hours. I would recommend, however, to allow for some integration time after your session.

  • Your investment for a 1.5-hour Soul Reveal session including a recording is $175.

  • Soul Reveal sessions are held in person at my practice in Christchurch. I can also do them online through zoom if requested.

  • Intention acts as a powerful catalyser. Before your Soul Reveal session, take some time to become clear on what you would like to gain from your reading. Maybe you are seeking answers to a particular question, there might be a specific challenge you are navigating, or you might desire guidance on how to reach a certain goal. Becoming clear on what you would like to gain from your session will help you make the most out of it.

  • I recommend scheduling your Soul Reveal Session in a way that leaves you free to take some integration time afterwards. Consciously resting or perhaps enjoying a leisurely stroll after your session allows you to fully absorb the insights that have been revealed to you. Oftentimes, you might find that these moments of inner stillness facilitate an even deeper understanding of your reading.

  • I am happy to record your Soul Reveal session so you can reflect on it at your leisure. We always receive messages in divine timing, when we are ready to hear them. Coming back to your reading at a later point, you might find that a different part of the message draws your attention or that a new layer of insight is revealed to you.
